The plums are organic, hand-picked at peak ripeness, then distilled slowly. No sugar, no additives. The fermentation is natural, led by the fruit and by a wild yeast we chose ourselves.Nothing here is invented. What reaches the glass is simply the fruit, carried through the still and given room to speak.
