SHIPPING

1. Shipping Territory
We currently ship products to delivery addresses in Switzerland (CH) only, unless otherwise stated on the Site. Any orders with delivery outside Switzerland are accepted only if expressly confirmed by us prior to shipment.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order. Shipping charges are your responsibility unless we indicate otherwise at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided on the Site and referenced at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and begin after the date of order confirmation (see Terms). They may vary due to stock, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or your designated address, whichever occurs first.

5. Shipment Tracking
If tracking information is available for your order, it will be provided via email after shipment.

6. Delivery Failures and Returns to Sender
If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address provided by you or refusal by the recipient, additional shipping costs to re-deliver the package may apply. We will inform you of such costs prior to re-delivery.

7. Customs and Additional Charges
For shipments outside Switzerland (if offered), you may be responsible for any import duties, customs clearance, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price or shipping cost and remain your responsibility.
